CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We are all about no-hassle service.
If you have a month that you're not going to utilize the service, for whatever reason, we will pause your subscription until you're ready to get going again.
IS THERE A CAP ON THE NUMBER OF DESIGNS PER MONTH?
It's unlimited for a reason.
You'll be able to submit as many designs as possible, but you'll only receive them one at a time.
HOW FAST CAN WE EXPECT A DESIGN?
Our team works Monday through Friday, so as long as your designs are within that time frame, you'll typically receive it within 2-5 business days.
However, larger requests will require more time.
WHAT IF THE TEAM DOESN'T LIKE A DESIGN?
We want to make sure you're happy with the final product.
We'll rework the design to make sure you get what you want.
IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE WORK, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Due to the time and attention we put into the work, we do not issue refunds.
We are happy to rework any design to get it where your team wants it to be.
WHAT IF I ONLY NEED ONE DESIGN?
No problem at all!
We do individual projects as well, but it's often more efficient on a monthly plan in the case you have more!
Plus, you can always pause your monthly agreement until you have another project!
WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU USE TO DESIGN?
It's project dependent, but our designs are built in Canva or Adobe Illustrator!
